Unlike heavy fried snacks, gram flour disciples are made with minimal oil, nutritious spices and fresh vegetables. It naturally gluten free, vegetarian (if cooked without yogurt), and you are filled for hours.
🌿 MATERIALS (2 functions – makes 4 chillies)
1 cup gram flour (chick flour)
½ cup water (batsman adjusted to stability)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
1 green chili (finely chopped, optional)
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp celery (Carom Seed – AIDS Digestion)
salt to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil or ghee (for cooking, can use less if nonstick pan)

Method :
1.Start with mixing the gram flour with water to make a smooth, lump-free paste.
2.Post stir in onion, tomato, chilli, coriander, turmeric, cumin, celery and salt. The paste should be pourable.
3.Heat PAN – Lubricate a nonstick pan with a few drops of oil.
4.Cook disciple – Keep the ladder of a batsman and spread to a thin circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook until it becomes golden on the other side.
Serve hot : Enjoy with a side of mint chutney, tomato ketchup, or curd (yogurt).
